&lt;p&gt;1 tomato - 20 calories&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 granola bar -  30 calories&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 egg whites -  60 calories&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 slice of breat - 70 calories&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salsa - 15 calories&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;total 215.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I feel like I ate to much today . Even though I&amp;#8217;m supposed to get up to 300 hundred , I just can&amp;#8217;t gah.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Thigh 22 inch&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;arm 13 inch&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#8212;-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Now they are&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Hips - 35 inch&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;waist - 27.5 inch&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;thigh 20 inch&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;arm 12 inch.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t have a scale so I measure my progress .&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I was getting a horrible craving for chocolate so I chewed a granola bar and spat it out .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to the ABC Diet.
