Hunger Hurts but starving works

I want

I just want that bump to disappear …

I  want to just see my collar bone a little bit more …

 I  want to fit my hand around my wrist easier …

I want to see my ribs …

I want to be skinny




Here’s a poem to keep you going

To motivate you till your bones are showing

Don’t stop when you want to eat

carbs are bad so is meat

Your family and friends mustent know

About the body you’re working to show

Keep going or you’ll wish you did

Not just for summer to show off your mid

Do it for life , you need to stay thin

Boys like barbies not has bins

Can you count your ribs? Is the answer no?

Then what body do you have to show?

Do you want thighs that reach to the skies?

Or one that are slim zero sized

Do it now , or you’ll wonder if you should

All you’ll you do is look back and know you could .


Day 7 log

Todays food intake

1/4 cup of veggies - 20

1 tomato - 20 calories

1/4 granola bar -  30 calories

4 egg whites -  60 calories

1 slice of breat - 70 calories

Salsa - 15 calories

total 215.

I feel like I ate to much today . Even though I’m supposed to get up to 300 hundred , I just can’t gah.

I’m taking up the chew and spit  technique when ever I absolutely must have something .
